Do you offer a warranty on your styling tools?
Absolutely. All Mermade Hair tools come with a 12-month limited warranty. If your tool experiences any manufacturer defects within one year of purchase, we will replace it for you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on tools that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.
